- Injection Molding

- Compression Molding
In this method of Compression Molding, the molten rubber solution is poured into a heated cavity. The cavity is then closed and high amount of pressure applied on it. The heat and pressure is applied on the mold until the rubber product is cured. This method is best suited for creating products that are strong and resilient. Manufacturer of rubber molded products use this method when they have to manufacture large quantities of a particular type of molded rubber product.
The Manufacturer of rubber molded products has to formulate the molten rubber as per the requirement of the given product. Several types of materials need to be blended to create the formulation. There is no fixed ratio for the formulation; the manufacturer has to go as per the requirement of the application.
